Mammadov Sahib Ali

Was born in 1978.

He earned his bachelor's degree in International Law in 2000 and master's degree in 2001 at Kiev State University.

2008- Graduated from the faculty of Finance and Credit at Azerbaijan State Economic University.

2001 - started his work experience as an assistant The European Union TACIS project in the European Consultants Organizationin the Kingdom of Belgium.

2002 - an expert on migration issues in the Azerbaijani office of the International Organization for Migration.

2003-2004 – an information officer at the Office of Information and technical support of the European Commission in Azerbaijan.

2004-2007 – Chief adviser, head of section, Deputy Head of Department and Head of Department at the Ministry of Economic Development.

2009- Head of Department for Regional Development and State Programs of the Ministry of Economic Development.

On March 13, 2014, was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On January 30, 2016, was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Married. Has 2 children.
