Call-Center 195-2 received more than 3700 calls in May


The appeals received by the Call-Center 195-2 of the Ministry of Economy were mainly related to the topics of financial and economic support for entrepreneurs affected by the consequences of the pandemic in our country, tax benefits and holidays, provision of medical masks and ethanol, mechanisms for issuing licenses, receiving soft loans, encouraging investments and obtaining supporting documents, as well as other issues falling within the authority and activities of the ministry.

Most of the calls received at the Call-center got prompt responses. On appeals requiring further consideration, measures were taken by the relevant structures of the ministry in accordance with the law and the applicants were provided with information on the results of the consideration.
