Born in 1971.
In 1993, graduated from the Finance and Credit Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
In 1993, embarked upon her career as an Economist at the Main Budgetary Directorate of the Ministry of Finance.
In 1993-2006, took the positions of an Economist, Chief Economist, and Head of Department in the Main Budgetary Directorate and the Main State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was a member of the Macroeconomic Policy Group of the Ministry and took part in projects of international organizations on public investment and development programming.
Appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 6, 2006.
Appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Presidential Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 13, 2014, and Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Presidential Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 30, 2016.
She is married and has two children.
