195-1 Call Center received more than 44,000 calls in November

In November 2022, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received a total of about 44698 calls, including more than 31,000 calls in real time, and the rest through the voice menu service.

The calls mainly covered the issues such as , entrepreneurial activity, the rights and duties of the taxpayer,  consumer rights, state registration of real estate, privatization of state-owned property, as well as other issues related to the powers and line of activities of the Ministry.

It is worth noting that the Call-center 195-1, created in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase the satisfaction of citizens, can be directly called from any region of the country.
