Registration of grant agreements (decisions)
According to paragraph 1.3 of the “Rules for Registration of Grant Agreements (Decisions)” approved by the Resolution No. 216 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 5, 2015, the registration of grant agreements (decisions) is carried out by the Ministry of Economy in relation to commercial organizations and public legal entities. In this regard, a corresponding electronic service has been organized in the official information resource of the Ministry of Economy “economy.gov.az”. Users can apply to the Ministry of Economy regarding the registration of grant agreements (decisions) through that service.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Grants”, 54 grant agreements (including 2 sub-grant agreements and amendments to 3 agreements) were registered by the Ministry of Economy in 2024.
