Pursuant to Clause 1.3 of the Rules on the Registration of Grant Agreements (Decisions), approved by Resolution No. 216 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 5 June 2015, the registration of grant agreements (decisions) relating to commercial entities and public legal entities is carried out by the Ministry of Economy. To facilitate this process, a dedicated electronic service has been made available through the Electronic Services Portal (e-services.economy.gov.az). Through this service, users can submit applications to the Ministry of Economy for the registration of grant agreements (decisions).
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Grants", the Ministry of Economy registered 12 grant agreements during the January–June 2026 period, including 2 sub-grant agreements and 3 amendments to grant agreements.
