A variety of properties will be offered to investors during an auction to be held on January 10. In all, the auction comprises 5 joint-stock companies, 11 small enterprises and properties and 10 vechiles. Those who will participate in the auction can privatize shares of joint-stock companies in the fields of industry and repair. "Bakavtoservis", "Goranboy Agrotexservis" and other companies belong to such enterprises. The authorized capital of joint-stock companies varies between AZN 20,734 and AZN 1,299,800.
The enterprise with the highest initial starting price is "Bakavtoservis" Open Joint Stock Company. 30.03% of this joint-stock company stock package will be offered to buyers.
The small state enterprises and facilities belonging to various sectors of the economy will put up for auction. Some of them will be privatized along with the plot of land.
Most of them are made in the US, Korea and Russia. The vehicles manufactured in 1992-2014.
