Intensive visits of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev to Uzbekistan and continuation of the work carried out in the direction of the implementation of the agreements reached during the meetings of the heads of state of both countries, a Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Investment Fund was signed between the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
The Investment Fund will contribute to the development of bilateral economic relations and will create conditions for strengthening cooperation in the fields of automobile production, textile, sericulture, transport-transit, etc. between our countries.
