Employees of the Ministry of Economy and its institutions visited a boarding school and children's shelter located in Baku to congratulate pupils of boarding schools on the occasion of December 31 – the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year holiday.
An entertainment program for children was organized at the events, pupils watched a musical program and had a memorable time. In the end, the employees of the Ministry congratulated the pupils on the occasion of the holiday and wished them success. Festive gifts were presented to the children.
The Ministry of Economy is always attentive to supporting initiatives that are useful for public representatives within the framework of social responsibility and participates as an active partner in the implementation of social projects. The purpose of organizing the celebration of the New Year is to provide moral support to children who need care more, to increase the festive mood, to encourage their integration into society and to stimulate their interest in education.
