195-1 Call Center received more than 55,000 calls in January

The Call Center 195-1 of the Ministry of Economy received 55,656 calls during in in 2023.

The appeals mainly covered entrepreneurial activity, rights and duties of the taxpayer, consumer rights, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and directions of the Ministry of Economy.

It should be noted that citizens can directly call the 195-1 Call Center from any region of the country, a single platform created to further facilitate their contact with the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction.
