195-1 Call Center received more than 42,000 applications in March

The 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received a total of 42,331 applications during March 2023

 

About 36,000 of these applications were made in real time, and the rest through the voice menu service, in total more than 42,000 calls were made to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy.

The applications mainly concerned entrepreneurial activity, rights and duties of the taxpayer, consumer rights, state registration of real estate, privatization of state-owned property, as well as other issues related to the powers and directions of the Ministry of Economy.

It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and to increase citizen satisfaction, can be directly called from any region of the country. The services provided by the Call Center are free.
