Positive dynamics of Azerbaijan-Hungary economic relations, joint initiatives in various fields of economy were discussed at the meeting held at the Ministry of Economy.
Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Szijjarto.
The ministers emphasized the positive dynamics of Azerbaijan-Hungary economic relations, the joint initiatives implemented in various fields of the economy. They noted the importance of the issues discussed at the 18th meeting of the SPECA Governing Council in the development of regional cooperation.
The parties once again emphasized the importance of the investment agreement signed between "Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC and "Hell Energy" company of Hungary in the direction of effective cooperation of business circles between our countries, as well as exchanged views on the perspectives of cooperation in the field of energy and the strengthening of economic and trade partnership, and discussed the promotion of new business initiatives and investments, "green" energy, pharmaceuticals, the participation of Hungarian companies in the restoration of our territories liberated from occupation, and other issues.
