Information was provided on the measures implemented by the agency in 2023 and their results, and the set priority directions were discussed at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Economic Zones Development Agency.
The next meeting was held on December 20 by the Supervisory Board of the Economic Zones Development Agency (IZIA) of the Ministry of Economy.
The Chairman of the Management Board of IZIA Elshad Nuriyev reported at the meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli, on the work done in industrial zones and agricultural parks in 2023 and the results achieved. The internal audit report of the agency was heard, and the budget forecast for the next year was reviewed.
Discussions were held at the meeting regarding the priority development directions set for 2024 and the projects under consideration. Proposals on improving the structure of the agency and creating an economic society that will serve residents in industrial zones were analyzed.
