A bilateral protocol was signed on March 15 with Japan on the conclusion of bilateral negotiations on goods and services within the framework of Azerbaijan's membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva.
It should be noted that bilateral negotiations on goods and services are currently being conducted with about 20 WTO members in this framework. Also, bilateral negotiations with a number of WTO members have been concluded and relevant protocols have been signed with Turkey, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia and the Kyrgyz Republic.
