Discussions on the development of cooperation with the European Union have been held.
Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has held a meeting with Gert Jan Koopman, the Director General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations at the European Commission.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the implementation of the Economic and Investment Plan in Azerbaijan within the EU’s Eastern Partnership priorities for 2021-2025, as well as opportunities for partnerships with the European Union as part of COP29. The parties also discussed the potential cooperation directions in accordance with the common priorities for the upcoming years.
