A seminar was held on 'Initial Registration of Real Estate' with the joint organization of the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy and the Media Development Agency, aimed at increasing the professional level of media representatives working in the economic field.
Deputy Head of the State Property Service, Rustam Shahbazov, noted that continuous and large-scale measures are being implemented in the field of property management in accordance with the application of modern management elements and modern approaches in the activities of the State Service. He emphasized that, alongside other areas, significant projects have been carried out in the field of real estate registration aimed at simplifying procedures, increasing citizen satisfaction, and digitizing the services provided.
Deputy Executive Director of the Media Development Agency, Natig Mammadli, spoke about the importance of increasing the professionalism of media representatives and the specialization of journalists in the economic field. He emphasized the significance of organizing such seminars in providing the public with accurate and comprehensive information and in stimulating the development of sectoral journalism.
Then, Rashad Ablasanov, the head of the department of the Public Legal Entity of the State Cadastre and Registry of Real Estate under the State Property Service, delivered a presentation on the topic of 'Initial Registration of Real Estate.' He provided information on the procedures for initial registration of real estate, the required documents, legal requirements, the electronic services most commonly used by citizens in this field, and the rules for their use.
At the seminar, questions from media representatives related to the topic were answered, and certificates were presented to them.
