As part of the "For a Life without Thalassemia" program initiated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, another blood donation drive is being held with the participation of employees from the Ministry of Economy. The blood collected will be used for the treatment of patients with hemophilia and thalassemia, as well as others in need of blood.
Around 900 employees are expected to participate in the blood donation drive.
It should be noted that this humanitarian campaign, now a tradition, sees annual participation from employees of the Ministry of Economy. Such charitable events are expected to continue in the future.
