In 2024, more than 13,000 entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals aspiring to start a business benefited from the support and services provided by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA ) to enhance their business knowledge and skills.
Last year, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) organized 1,047 training sessions to improve the business knowledge and skills of SMEs and increase awareness of entrepreneurship. These trainings were tailored to the needs of SMEs and covered topics such as sales, marketing, accounting, human resource management, branding, business innovation, business plan development, project management, and green economy. Additionally, 41 entrepreneurs and managers participated in a specialization program in Germany under the "Business Cooperation with Germany" Program, gaining international experience.
618 entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners benefited free of charge from the online training videos available on SMBDA’s video training platform.
SMBDA provided consulting services to 2,473 entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners on topics such as access to sales channels, marketing, business planning, accounting, and legal matters.
In 2024, SMBDA supported the free preparation of 1,137 business plans in various sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, and services.
