A total of 32,444 inquiries were received by the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center during March 2025.
In March 2025, the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center provided a total of 32,444 services, of which 27,344 were delivered in live mode, while the remaining were provided through the voice menu service.
The inquiries mainly covered issues related to entrepreneurial activity, issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the authority and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.
The majority of the received inquiries were responded to, and for those requiring further investigation, appropriate measures were taken by the relevant departments of the Ministry.
It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center was established to facilitate citizens’ access to the Ministry of Economy and its subordinate institutions, as well as to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Citizens can make direct and free calls to the Call Center from any region of the country using a landline phone.
