In May of this year, the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center received nearly 47,000 inquiries.
In May 2025, the Ministry of Economy's 195-1 Call Center received a total of 46,981 inquiries, of which 41,430 were handled in live mode, while the rest were processed through the voice menu service.
The inquiries mainly covered issues related to entrepreneurial activity, the issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the authority and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.
The majority of the incoming inquiries were responded to, and appropriate measures were taken by the relevant departments of the Ministry for those requiring further investigation.
The 195-1 Call Center, established to further facilitate citizens' access to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and to enhance citizen satisfaction, can be reached directly from any region of the country via a landline. The services provided are free of charge.
