During the meeting with Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fund for Development, which is part of the Arab Coordination Group, satisfaction was expressed with the development of economic cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Azerbaijan across various sectors, including renewable energy. The importance of infrastructure projects implemented by the Saudi Fund for Development in Azerbaijan was highlighted. The parties discussed the prospects for investment partnerships in areas such as industry, green energy, digital infrastructure, transport, logistics, and other sectors.
During the meeting with Waleed Al-Bahar, Acting Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, the development of economic, trade, and investment relations with Kuwait was highlighted. The discussion focused on expanding cooperation with the Fund and exploring opportunities for utilizing financial mechanisms. The investment cooperation potential for priority projects in Azerbaijan was also reviewed.
