Meeting held with Georgian delegation

At the meeting held at the Ministry of Economy with the delegation led by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the priority directions for the development of Azerbaijan-Georgia economic relations were reviewed, and prospects for cooperation in the fields of energy, transport, infrastructure, trade, and investment were discussed.

Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov held a meeting with the delegation led by Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

The meeting emphasized the visits of the heads of state and noted that cooperation with friendly and brotherly Georgia is developing progressively across all areas.

Azerbaijan’s favorable business and investment climate was highlighted as a foundation for strengthening the partnership, and the successful activities in the fields of industry, construction, logistics, food industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, ICT, and energy were noted. It was emphasized that this cooperation holds particular importance both for our countries and for regional development.

Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, expressed her satisfaction with the visit to Azerbaijan, shared her views on the prospects for the development of economic and trade cooperation, and emphasized the importance of joint projects.

The sides reviewed the priority directions for the development of bilateral economic relations and discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of energy, transport, infrastructure, trade, and investment.
