Nearly 35,000 inquiries were received by the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy in June of the current year.
A total of 34,553 inquiries were received by the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy in June 2025, of which 30,494 were in live mode and the rest through the voice menu service.
The inquiries mainly covered issues related to entrepreneurial activity, issuance of licenses, tax payments, rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the powers and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.
The majority of the incoming inquiries were answered, and appropriate measures were taken by the relevant departments of the Ministry regarding inquiries requiring further investigation.
The 195-1 Call Center, established to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and to increase citizen satisfaction, can be called directly from any region of the country using a landline phone. The services provided are free of charge.
