List of public-private partnership projects for 2026 approved

According to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, it is planned to implement public-private partnership projects next year in the fields of education, environment, food safety, water, tourism, and transport.

By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 11, 2025, the list of public-private partnership projects for 2026 has been approved. According to the list, it is planned to implement strategically important projects in the fields of education, environment, food safety, water, tourism, and transport in close cooperation with the private sector.

The projects included in the list such as construction and operation of a scientific-technological park in Baku, solid waste management in Lankaran city,  construction of centers for disposal of animal carcasses and biological waste, reconstruction of Hovsan aeration station and installation of wastewater reuse systems, creation of a tourism and recreation zone in Kalbajar city, and establishment of freight truck parks (TIR parks) are aimed at improving infrastructure in the social and economic sectors, protecting the environment, and enhancing tourism potential in line with the country’s sustainable development strategy.

These projects, which are planned to be implemented within the framework of public-private partnership, are of great importance in terms of accelerating the socio-economic development of our country, increasing investments, and expanding the application of innovative solutions.
