The "Industry 4.0 Readiness" Program, implemented by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, aims to support the integration of local enterprises into Industry 4.0 technologies.
The Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under the Ministry of Economy is implementing the “Industry 4.0 Readiness” Program in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0). Supported by the Ministry of Economy, the program aims to integrate local enterprises into Industry 4.0 technologies, enhance operational efficiency, and support the promotion of innovations, thereby increasing their competitiveness and contributing to the overall development of the national economy.
Within the framework of the program, the technological readiness level of enterprises is assessed based on an international methodology, after which technological transformation roadmaps tailored to the specific needs of the enterprises are developed. During the implementation of these roadmaps, enterprises are provided with financial and professional expert support.
Industry 4.0 transformation provides enterprises with advantages such as optimization of engineering and operational costs, increased productivity, and significant improvement in production quality. These advantages enable enterprises to operate in a more agile, competitive, and sustainable manner.
As part of the program, a short-term intensive training (“bootcamp”) on technological transformation for companies was conducted by 4SIM.
In 2024, within the pilot phase of the “Industry 4.0 Readiness” Program, support has already been provided for the digital transformation process of “Metak”, “Azerfloat” and “STP Global Cable” companies.
Companies operating in manufacturing, mining, construction, agriculture and other sectors can participate in the program. For this, individuals and legal entities should register on the industry4.az platform. Participation in the program is free of charge.
