Over 60,000 appeals received by Call Center in July 2025

In July of the current year, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received over 60,000 inquiries.

In July 2025, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received a total of 60,425 inquiries, of which 54,910 were handled live, and the remainder through the voice menu service.

The inquiries primarily covered issues related to entrepreneurial activity, the issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the authority and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.

Most of the received inquiries have been answered, and for those requiring further investigation, the relevant departments of the Ministry have taken appropriate measures.

Citizens can directly call the 195-1 Call Center, established to further simplify applications to the Ministry of Economy and its agencies and to enhance citizen satisfaction, from a landline phone anywhere in the country. The provided services are free of charge.
