Over 43,000 inquiries received by the Call Center in August 2025

In August of this year, more than 43,000 inquiries were received by the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy.

In August 2025, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received a total of 43,471 inquiries, of which 40,101 were handled in live mode, while the rest were processed through the voice menu service.

The inquiries mainly covered issues related to entrepreneurial activity, issuance of licenses, tax payments, rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other matters within the competence and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.

The majority of the inquiries received were answered, and appropriate measures were taken by the relevant structures of the Ministry regarding inquiries requiring further investigation.

In order to further facilitate citizens’ access to the Ministry of Economy and its subordinate bodies, as well as to increase public satisfaction, the 195-1 Call Center was established. Citizens can directly call the Center from any region of the country using a landline telephone. The services provided are free of charge.
