Within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty” in Azerbaijan, a meeting with business representatives was held in Istanbul, where Turkish private sector representatives and investors were informed about Azerbaijan’s business environment.
The event, organized by the Trade Representation of Azerbaijan in Türkiye, brought together private sector representatives and investors from both countries.
Azerbaijan’s Trade Representative in Türkiye, Tamerlan Taghiyev, emphasized that cooperation and brotherly ties between the two countries are also strengthening in the economic sphere and provided participants with information about Azerbaijan’s business and investment environment.
The Executive Director of SOCAR Türkiye, Elchin Ibadov, spoke about the strategic role of the company in economic relations between the two countries and the prospects for the development of investment partnerships.
Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Business Association in Türkiye, Elshan Guliyev, and Chairman of the Izmir Azerbaijan Association, Parviz Altay, shared their views on new joint projects and cooperation opportunities between Azerbaijani and Turkish business circles.
During the event, a video presentation on Azerbaijan’s investment and trade opportunities was shown. In addition, a presentation on the country’s business environment was delivered, and participants’ questions were addressed.
