During the meeting with the founder of Gabala Beverage Company, business initiatives, as well as the works carried out for the construction of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage production plant have been discussed.
Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov has held a meeting with Tsezar Chocheli, the founder of Gabala Beverage Company.
During the meeting, cooperation issues with the company and business initiatives were explored. The parties exchanged views on the works carried out for the construction of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage production plant in the territory of Gabala region. The sides also emphasized the prospects of the project in terms of manufacturing competitive goods, expanding export opportunities and promoting employment in regions.
It is noteworthy that Gabala Beverage Company has been established in accordance with the Joint Participation Agreement signed between the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (previously known as “Azerbaijan Investment Company” OJSC) under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia’s Georgian Beer Company Ltd. In Gabala region, the brewery and soft drink plant based on advanced international technologies will have an annual production capacity of 147 million liters.
