Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has met with Marius Lazurca, the Advisor to the President of Romania on Foreign Policy and National Security.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the primary directions of economic and trade cooperation between Azerbaijan and Romania, the promotion of mutual investments, and the prospects for developing the partnership.
The parties emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in the fields of energy, transit, and digital infrastructure. It was noted that joint projects implemented in these areas contribute to the further strengthening of the strategic partnership between the two countries, the development of regional ties, and the creation of new economic opportunities.
During the discussions, an exchange of views also took place regarding the strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation and the promotion of common solutions in the face of global challenges.
