On June 30, the State Tax Service (STS) under the Ministry of Economy and the Media Development Agency organized a training for media representatives. In the Tax System, Tax Legislation and Administration training, Head of the Tax Legislation Division of the STS’s Main Tax Policy Department Rashad Nuriyev, Head of the Social Insurance and Labor Relations Supervision Division of the Main Economic Analysis and Accounting Supervision Department Nigar Vahabzade and Head of the Department at the Directorate for State Registration of Legal Entities Leyla Huseynzade spoke to the participants. The event provided the training participants with extensive information about the budget system, the role of tax proceeds in budget revenues, tax legislation and the tax system, tax administration to regulate labor relations, reforms in the field of registration of legal entities, and the rights and obligations of taxpayers.
Discussions were held at the event, and questions from journalists were answered.
At the end of the training, Deputy Head of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy Samira Musayeva and Executive Director of the Media Development Agency Ahmad Ismayilov presented certificates to media representatives.
