STS continues cooperation with business associations

Adapting legislation to the requirements of public relations and improving the effectiveness of enforcement mechanisms are of great importance for creating a favorable business environment. For this reason, regular meetings are held to ensure the participation of taxpayers and business associations in the process of determining tax policy.

The next such meeting took place on the joint initiative of the State Tax Service (STS) and AmCham as part of a step-by-step notification process about the main directions of the expected changes in the Tax Code for the next year. At a meeting with the participation of about 70 representatives of taxpayers who are members of AmCham, as well as senior officials of the relevant structural divisions of the State Tax Service, Nijat Imanov, Head of the Main Tax Policy Department, made a presentation and gave detailed information on the main directions of the changes provided for in the Tax Code.

Entrepreneurs' questions were answered in detail at the meeting.
