In January-August of the current year, Khachmaz and Yevlakh SMB Houses provided 43,745 services to entrepreneurs. 16,508 of these services were provided by Khachmaz SMB House and 27,237 by that of Yevlakh.
Of the services provided, 41,759 are Government-to-Business (G2B) and 1,986 Business-to-Business (B2B) services.
Entrepreneurs who approached SMB Houses mainly dealt with tax issues, issuance of a certificate of origin, and utilities.
The level of satisfaction of entrepreneurs with the services of SMB Houses equals to 98%.
Note that currently there are two SMB Houses operating in the cities of Khachmaz and Yevlakh. The main advantage of SMB Houses is that entrepreneurs can take advantage of business services in a single place, thus saving time and operating costs, and the level of service can be measured.
