1952 – was born in in Safaraliyev (present Samukh) district.
1972 - graduated from Azerbaijan Petrochemical Institute.
1984 – graduated from Moscow Academy of Social Sciences.
1974 - worked as an engineer on Baladjary junction of Azerbaijan Railways, 1975-1996 - worked in komsomol bodies and Komsomol party.
1996-2005 – worked at various positions in private sector. He was a PM of the Supreme Soviet of Azerbaijan SSR for two convocations and the chairman of a commission.
2005-2009 - worked as the head of Executive Power of Sabail district of Baku city.
June, 2009 - worked as the Deputy Head of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
July 2, 2010 - was appointed the deputy minister of taxes by the Order №–– 996 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 01 Aprel 2020 was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Is married and has three children.
