1952 – was born in in Safaraliyev (present Samukh) district.
In 1972, graduated from the Institute of Petrochemical Processes.
In 1984, graduated from the Moscow Academy of Social Sciences.
In 1974, worked as an engineer at the Bilajari junction of the Azerbaijan Railways
In 1975-1996 he served in various positions within Komsomol and party organizations.
In 1996-2005, held different positions in the private sector, was twice elected as a Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR and served as Chairman of the Youth Commission.
In 2005-2009, he was the Head of the Executive Power of Baku’s Sabail District
In 2009-2010, worked as Deputy Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan
In 2010-2020, worked as Deputy Minister of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By the Presidential Order of April 1, 2020, was appointed Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By Presidential Order dated February 11, 2020, was awarded the 3rd degree “For Service to the Fatherland” Order
By Presidential Order dated January 10, 2022, was awarded the “Glory” Order, along with numerous medals.
Is married and has three children.
