· The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TCCA) was established in 1992 to provide foreign aid under the purview of the Turkish Foreign Ministry. · It has been subjected to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye since July 15, 2018. · Sarkan Kayalar has been heading the organization since April 22, 2019. · TCCA has 63 Programme Coordination Offices in 61 countries around the world. · Simultaneously, TCCA collaborates in approximately 170 countries across the globe in related fields. |

· The TCCA's Baku Office of Program Coordination Office has been operational since 1994. · Hayrettin Özçelik has been heading the Office since March 11, 2024. · 1,464 projects and activities have been implemented in Azerbaijan by TİKA between 1992 and 2024. The implementation of 61 projects and activities was completed in 2023, and nearly 100 in 2024. · Projects are implemented on a one-off basis in the form of small volumes of assistance and special attention is paid to the establishment of cooperation with the state and non-state structures of Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture, tourism, institutional infrastructure development, economic, technical, social, cultural and health spheres. |
