General information about the organization

·         The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TCCA) was established in 1992 to provide foreign aid under the purview of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

·         It It has been subjected to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye since July 15, 2018.

·         Sarkan Kayalar has been heading the organization since April 22, 2019.

·         TCCA has 63 Cooperation Offices in 61 countries around the world.

·         Simultaneously, TCCA collaborates with various development centers in approximately 170 countries across the globe in related fields.

Information about cooperation between Azerbaijan and the organization

·         The TCCA's Baku Office of Program Coordination Office has been operational since 1994.

·         Hayrettin Özçelik has been heading the Office since March 11, 2024.

·         Projects are implemented on a one-off basis in the form of small volumes of assistance and special attention is paid to the establishment of cooperation with the state and non-state structures of Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture, tourism, institutional infrastructure development, economic, technical, social, cultural and health spheres.
