Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TCCA) was established in 1992 to provide foreign aid to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

It has been subjected to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Türkiye since May 28, 1999.

From April 22, 2019 Sarkan Kayalar heads the organization.

TCCA has 50 Cooperation Offices in 48 countries around the world.

At the same time, TCCA cooperates with different development centers in approximately 100 countries around the world in related fields.

  • The TCCA's Baku Office of Program Coordination Office is operational since 1994.
  • Fatih Yilmaz is heading the Office since August 11, 2021.
  • Projects are implemented on a one-off basis in the form of small volumes of assistance and special attention is paid to the establishment of cooperation with the state and non-state structures of Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture, tourism, institutional infrastructure development, economic, technical, social, cultural and health spheres.
