Project implementation goal: Construction and management of a High-Tech Park at 221 Kazimaga Karimov, Khatai district, Baku city (in the "White City" area) in order to develop human capital to support the innovation ecosystem, improve research to achieve new scientific achievements, promote academia-industry cooperation to apply knowledge in practice, and create jobs in the knowledge economy.

Project duration: It is planned to construct the park by a private partner, manage it for 30 years, and transfer it to the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Current status of the project: The project consists of 3 phases. The implementation of phase 1 has already begun. The implementation of phases 2 and 3 of the project is planned within the framework of public-private partnership.

The purpose of the project implementation: In addition to centralizing the process of collecting, sorting and processing waste in the city of Lankaran and surrounding regions, it also serves to form an additional raw material market, expand the recycling market, establish processing and production facilities in this area, apply modern technologies, and increase the employment level of the population.

For this purpose, it is planned to build resettlement points and a sanitary landfill on a 55-hectare land area allocated by the Lankaran City Executive Power.

Project duration: It is planned that the private partner will construct the transfer points and landfill, manage them for 20 years, and then transfer them to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Current status of the project: Project implementation has not started.

Project implementation goal: To contribute to the disposal of unsuitable, expired food and feed products, animal carcasses and biological waste in order to ensure food safety, prevent environmental pollution, and improve hygiene and sanitation.

Project duration: It is planned that the private partner will construct the disposal centers, manage them for 22 years, and then transfer the center to the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Current status of the project: Project implementation has not started.

The purpose of the project implementation: To ensure the treatment of wastewater discharged into the Hovsan aeration plant and the reuse of treated water.

Additionally, the project may include the construction of infrastructure for wastewater reuse and the operation and maintenance of the Hovsan aeration facility, as well as the reuse infrastructure.

Project duration: It is planned that the private partner will repair the Hovsan aeration plant and install new facilities for wastewater recycling, operate it for 25 years, and then transfer it to the Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency.

Current status of the project: Project implementation has not started.

The purpose of the project implementation: Formation of a systematic and integrated tourism center in the region, development of business in a free market and competitive environment, ensuring efficient use of resources, increasing accessibility to tourism services, and encouraging the return of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the local community, to the region. In this direction, it is proposed to create tourism and recreation zones in 5 areas:

• Istisu tourism and recreation zone (therapeutic tourism) on an area of 843.95 hectares in and around Istisu settlement;
• Zulfugarli tourism and recreation zone (therapeutic tourism) on an area of 162 hectares around thermal-mineral water resources near Zulfugarli village;
• Demirchidam tourism and recreation zone (mountain and ski tourism) on an area of 1625 hectares in the Zod Ashirimy-Seyidlar-Demirchidam region;
• Sultan Heydar tourism and recreation zone (mountain and ski tourism) on an area of 1066 hectares south of Istisu settlement;
• Veng tourism and recreation zone (leisure and active tourism) on an area of 712.7 hectares, 20 km from Kalbajar district - at the confluence of Tutgunchay with Tartarchay, starting from the areas with canyons.

Project duration: It is planned to create a tourism-recreation (leisure) zone by a private partner, manage it for a period of 30 years, and then transfer it to the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Current status of the project: The project has not been implemented.

The purpose of the project implementation: to increase Azerbaijan's transit capabilities, improve the infrastructure of international road freight transportation, use advanced experience in this field, and establish truck transport parks throughout the country in order to promote the safety of freight transportation.

Truck parks are planned to be built in the following areas:

17 new or major reconstruction proposed Truck Parks:

2 Truck Parks with 360 spaces, platinum security level (on the border of Georgia and Russia);

4 Truck Parks with 150 spaces, silver security level (on the border in Astara, Bilasuvar and Balakan districts, near the intersection of M2 and M5 highways in Yevlakh district);

11 Truck Parks with 50 spaces, bronze security level (on M1 road – 1; on M2 road – 3; on M3 road – 2; on M4 road – 2; on M5 road – 1; on M6 road – 2).

Project duration: It is planned to establish Truck parks by a private partner, manage them for 25 years, and then transfer them to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transportation.

Current status of the project: The project has not been implemented.
