The Citizen Reception Center carries out its activities in order to receive citizens in a unified and coordinated manner by government agencies located in the administrative building known as Government House (Baku city, U. Hajibeyli street, 84 (gate 1)).
Reception of citizens in the center is carried out by responsible employees of Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), Ministries of Economy, Energy, Culture and Agriculture, State Committee for Family, Women, Children Affairs, Intellectual Property Agency, Amelioration and Water Management JSC.
The center provides an opportunity to apply to all state bodies located in the Government House in a single place.
Citizens Admission Center has a general reception area equipped with modern equipment, video reception rooms, special rooms for receiving relevant persons, "Mother and child room", a doctor and a psychologist.
