"Azerbaijan Investment Company" OJSC (AIC) announces a tender for the selection of potential investors to invest in a project (Project) for the restoration and operation of mini hydroelectric power plants (KSES) located in Kalbajar and Lachin regions.
The purpose of the project is to restore (reconstruct) the mini hydroelectric power plants listed in Appendix 1, which is part of this announcement, on the basis of the principle of private-public partnership, to organize their operation, as well as to sell the generated energy to the state-owned network. This is why, a potential investor-partner who will participate in the project should have experience and necessary financial and technical capabilities in the relevant field.
Bidders must submit the following documents to participate in the competition:
