Call Center 195-1 received more than 45,000 applications in December

The Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received 45,178 applications during December 2022. 40,140 of these applications were answered directly in live mode, and 5,038 through the voice menu, application forms on issues requiring research were drawn up and sent to relevant institutions of the Ministry for answering.

The appeals received mainly concerned the rights of consumer, entrepreneurial activity, licensing, payment of taxes, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers of the Ministry.
