The Citizens Admission Center, which started functioning in July 2022 in the administrative building known as the Government House, plays an important role in the prompt and coordinated performance of work in this area.
In total, the Center provided services to 3,593 citizens in July-December last year.
About 600 citizens were admitted on the activities of the Ministry of Economy. The appeals mainly covered public procurement, consumer rights, property and other issues.
It should be noted that the Citizens Admission Center provides an opportunity to apply to state bodies located in the Government House in a single place. The activity of the center covers the Ministry of Economy, as well as State Service for Antimonopoly and Control Over Consumer Market, Ministries of Agriculture, Culture, Energy, Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, Intellectual Property Agency, Reclamation and Water Management JSC. In addition to the specialists of the mentioned institutions, volunteers also help citizens who come to the reception.
Citizens Admission Center has a general reception area equipped with modern equipment, video reception rooms, special rooms for receiving relevant persons, "Mother and child room", a doctor and a psychologist.
