STP Global Cable, a resident of the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZIA), has started the production of cables used in underwater basins for the first time in Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the enterprise with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons can produce more than 28,000 types of cables and wires used for various purposes in the household and industry. The enterprise is the only manufacturer of 110 kV and fiber optic cables in our country. Currently, the enterprise operates 70 production lines for the production of copper and aluminum electrotechnical rods, medium, high and extra high voltage power cables from 6 kV to 500 kV, as well as low voltage cables, wires for overhead lines, as well as telephone and LAN cables.
The products manufactured at the enterprise are also widely used in the repair and construction works carried out in the territories liberated from occupation.
