60 state properties were put up for the next auction held by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. Domestic and foreign investors, citizens have the opportunity to own stock packages of a joint-stock company, a small state-owned enterprise, facility and a vehicle.
An auction will be held on May 2 by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. The share packages of 5 joint-stock companies, 19 small state enterprises and facilities, and 36 vehicles were auctioned. There are enterprises related to the fields of transport, construction, and repair among the joint-stock companies put up for auction. The share packages of these joint-stock companies make up 30-45% of the charter capital.
There is also an auxiliary farm, a property complex, a catering facility, a store, and an underground parking lot among the state properties to be privatized. Restaurant "Shahdag", located in the city of Oguz, occupies an advantageous position in terms of tourism. The total usable area of the property, which has an initial starting price of 56,600 manats, is 113 square meters, and the land area is 40 acres.
Various types of vehicles were also auctioned. The starting price of vehicles varies between 3,500 and 11,500 manats.
