Auctions are being organized by the Auction Organization Center of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy and the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Resources under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
5 hectares of each of the "Gobu" clay and "Guzdak" limestone deposits located in Absheron, 5 hectares of the "Gargarchay" sand-gravel deposit in Aghdam, 5.34 hectares of "Alabashli" hematite deposit in Shamkir, 3 hectares of "Kızılca" plagioporphyry deposit in Goygol, 25 hectares of "Gorkhmazoba" sand-gravel deposit in Guba and 2 hectares of "Shahmali" sand-gravel deposit in Aghjabedi has been put into operation in the next auction held in connection with the commissioning of mineral deposits.
Investor activity was observed in the auction. Thus, the auction held for LOT-1 and LOT-2 of the "Gorkhmazoba" sand-gravel field was very competitive. The latest offer for LOT-1 increased from 18,000 manats to 500,000 manats, and for LOT-2 from 18,000 manats to 135,000 manats.
