The Deputy Minister of Economy noted that the economic and trade relations with Croatia are developing, and targeted works are underway to expand partnership. It was reported that mutual visits and discussions play an important role in the development of bilateral relations. There are ample opportunities for strengthening partnership with Croatia in energy, tourism, information technologies, mine clearance, pharmaceuticals and other areas.
Sahib Mammadov pointed out that there is a strong potential in terms of expanding relations between the business circles of the two countries and identifying prospective areas of cooperation and invited Croatian businessmen to take advantage of the favorable business and investment environment created in our country, to actively cooperate with their colleagues from Azerbaijan.
Davorko Vidovic expressed his satisfaction with his visit to Azerbaijan and shared his views on the development directions of economic relations and pointed out that Croatian companies are interested in cooperation on projects to be implemented in the direction of the restoration of our territories liberated from occupation.
The parties exchanged opinions on issues of mutual interest.
