The work to be done within the framework of the Mentoring program was discussed at the meeting with the winners of the "Yukselish" competition at the Ministry of Economy.
Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov held his first meeting with Farid Isayev and Asad Gurbanzade, the winners of the third "Yukselish" competition.
The Minister of Economy congratulated the winners on their achievement and emphasized the importance of the competition in their future development. Noting the work to be done within the framework of the mentoring program, the Minister shared his views on determining individual development plans of the winners, the prospective directions of action on increasing their management skills, and gave recommendations on increasing their knowledge and skills.
F. Isayev and A. Gurbanzade pointed out that they are interested in modern economic management methods and innovative technologies. They stated that the mentoring program will be useful in gaining experience in this field.
The winners of the "Yukselish" competition expressed their gratitude for the opportunities created within the framework of the Mentoring program.
