70,269 calls were made in live mode, and the rest were made through the voice menu service, a total of 80,032 calls were made to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy during the month of January 2024.
The calls mainly covered consumer rights, entrepreneurship, licensing, payment of taxes, rights and duties of the taxpayer, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and activities of the Ministry of Economy.
The appeals received by the Call Center were mostly answered promptly, and the appeals requiring further investigation were submitted to the relevant structures of the Ministry in order to be considered in accordance with the legislation and to respond to the applicants about the result.
It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction, can be directly called from any region of the country by landline phone. The services provided by the Call Center are free of charge.
