51,674 calls were made to the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy in live mode, and the rest through the voice menu service, a total of 58,066 calls during the month of February 2024.
The petitions mainly covered consumer rights, entrepreneurship, licensing, payment of taxes, rights and duties of the taxpayer, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, as well as other issues related to the powers and activities of the Ministry of Economy. Requests received at the Call Center were answered promptly.
It should be noted that the 195-1 Call Center, established in order to further facilitate citizens' appeals to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and increase citizen satisfaction, can be directly called from any region of the country by landline phone. The services provided by the Call Center are free of charge.
