A training was organized in the Ministry of Economy in order to increase the knowledge and skills of the third "Yukselis" competition. The training conducted by Ulkar Nabiyeva, an employee of the Ministry, to the winners of the competition, including the members of the Working Group of the competition, covered the topic of "Crisis Communication Organization".
The training provided information on crisis management, the use of communication tools, and proper communication with the public. The participants were provided with practical tasks, and discussions were held on scenarios to get out of the crisis.
The "Yukselis" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan from mentors (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html) and a cash prize for self-development in the amount of 20,000 manats.
It should be noted that the registration for the next, the fourth "Yukselis" competition has begun. The registration phase will continue until March 31 of this year.
