Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has held a meeting with Harry Kamian, the Senior Advisor for Multilateral Energy Diplomacy at the U.S. Department of State.
It has been noted at the meeting that Azerbaijan attaches importance to the advancement of the bilateral relations with the U.S. The parties have highlighted that the meetings and business events dedicated to economic issues stimulate the economic-trade collaboration. Information has been provided on the economic measures implemented in Azerbaijan, the favorable business and investment climate, economic opportunities of our liberated territories, as well as the progress made within COP29.
The parties have also exchanged views on energy, including the development of the green energy sector, as well as opportunities for partnerships with U.S. companies in this field.
