Nearly 350,000 inquiries made to ministry of economy's call center in 9 months

In the period from January to September 2024, the 195-1 Call Center of the Ministry of Economy received nearly 350,000 inquiries.

To facilitate citizens' inquiries to the Ministry of Economy and its institutions and enhance citizen satisfaction, the 195-1 Call Center received a total of 346,485 inquiries during the period from January to September 2024. Of these, 305,130 were handled in live mode, while the rest were processed through the voice menu service.

The inquiries primarily focused on consumer rights, entrepreneurial activities, issuance of licenses, tax payments, the rights and obligations of taxpayers, state registration of real estate, privatization of state property, and other matters related to the powers and areas of activity of the Ministry of Economy.

The received inquiries were promptly addressed, and for those requiring investigation, appropriate measures were taken by the relevant departments of the Ministry.

It should be noted that the Call Center can be reached directly from any region of the country via landline phone. The services provided are free of charge. The center operates in real-time on official working days, continuously from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
