Meeting held with winners of the "Yukselish" competition

During the meeting with the winners of the “Yukselish” competition, Minister of Economy Mikayıl Jabbarov discussed the work carried out under the Mentorship Program. They exchanged views on enhancing skills in areas identified in individual development plans and strategic approaches to decision-making and management.

Economy Minister Mikayıl Jabbarov held the next meeting under the Mentorship Program with the winners of the third “Yukselish” competition, Farid Isayev and Asad Gurbanzada.

The Economy Minister emphasized the importance of highly intelligent and competitive human resources in sustainable development, highlighting the efforts being made to strengthen the country's human capital potential. 

The winners noted that during the meetings held as part of the Mentorship Program designed for the "Yukselish" competition winners by the Ministry of Economy, they received detailed information on digitization in our country, the implementation of innovative solutions and technologies, tax reforms, and the efforts made to ensure the rapid development of the economy in the liberated territories. The program also provided opportunities for international work experience, meetings with representatives from the public and private sectors, increased efficiency in management, effective resource utilization, and familiarization with flexible decision-making mechanisms aligned with the organization's objectives.

The meeting focused on the results of the Mentorship Program, exchanging views on enhancing the skills of young people in the areas identified in their individual development plans, as well as strategic approaches to decision-making and management. The winners received recommendations for increasing their knowledge and skills in the areas specified in their individual development plans. Additionally, the next steps to be taken within the framework of the Mentorship Program were discussed.
